Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance AI systems designed for the 2026 digital landscape, leveraging next-gen hardware.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to production inference and monitoring.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as Neuro-Symbolic AI, Federated Learning, and Edge Computing architectures.
- Establish rigorous best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and data security compliance.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and drive technical innovation within the AI research and development team.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialized focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Apache Spark).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
