Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and computational cost for Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and security teams to integrate AI solutions into safe, compliant, and user-centric products.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record deploying state-of-the-art models, specifically in Generative AI or Computer Vision.
- Cloud Native: Proficiency in designing solutions on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
