Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the development of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key breakthroughs in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a high-performance team of researchers and engineers focused on scalable neural architectures and ethical AI implementation.
- Technical Vision: Translate complex market trends and technical requirements into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 vision, presenting technical concepts to executive leadership and potential investors.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Lead initiatives to secure intellectual property and drive innovation through proprietary technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum algorithms is a significant plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and align R&D initiatives with long-term business objectives.
