Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture optimized for high-performance AI workloads and Web3 integration.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on GenAI models and blockchain protocols for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with global privacy standards.
- Optimize application performance and reduce latency in distributed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Familiarity with smart contracts, Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js), and decentralized storage solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, and database management.
