Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our flagship 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Next-Gen Neural Architectures: Oversee the design of scalable deep learning models and neural interface protocols.
- Quantum-Cloud Integration: Spearhead the transition to hybrid quantum computing environments, optimizing algorithms for future hardware.
- High-Level Security Strategy: Establish zero-trust security frameworks capable of defending against 2026-level cyber threats.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with transformer models and federated learning is required.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex transitions.
