Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all systems.
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product leaders and data scientists to define the roadmap for the 2026 release.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to maintain high standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
