Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Year 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models with quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical audits to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a strong willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
