Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Design and maintain data models using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and system documentation
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Track KPIs and generate executive dashboards for performance monitoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools
