Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and dashboards
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with SAFe certification
- Proven track record of translating complex business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
