Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive business needs
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation artifacts
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with product teams to define roadmap priorities based on business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within technology or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credentials
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives
