Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align cross-functional teams
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process optimization opportunities
- Maintain Jira and Confluence repositories for project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC
- Proficiency in SQL, Visio, and Jira/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) strongly preferred
- Demonstrable experience with data modeling and process mapping
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
