Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-level software implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and prioritize initiatives
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions
- Validate system functionality through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Mentor junior analysts and foster best practices in requirements management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/FinTech exposure
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR) is a plus
