Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to propose scalable solutions
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Monitor KPIs and report on project outcomes to executive leadership
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Develop training materials and support post-implementation adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries preferred
