Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure project deliverables align with strategic goals and quality standards
- Maintain and update process documentation and requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
