Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze operational workflows using BPMN and process modeling tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against business objectives
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRS, and test plans
- Monitor project KPIs and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving with ability to translate data into business value
