Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Document business processes, workflows, and system architectures using industry-standard tools
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future business needs
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and user story development
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering projects in agile/scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
