Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau to track product performance
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech focus
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex requirement documentation projects
