Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for solution validation
- Create data models and SQL queries for trend analysis
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Manage JIRA backlogs and coordinate Agile sprints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum
- Strong experience with requirement gathering methodologies
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
