Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Design and implement data models to support strategic decision-making
- Lead process improvement initiatives using BPMN and workflow analysis
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and JIRA-based sprint planning sessions
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
