Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise-scale projects
- Analyze complex business processes using BPMN, UML, and data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement performance dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical specifications into business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process optimization opportunities
- Manage JIRA/Confluence backlogs and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
- Develop test cases and validate solution outcomes against business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with healthcare/fintech focus
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite to technical teams
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
