Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and recommend process improvements

- Develop process flows, wireframes, and documentation for new systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance dashboards to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile certifications
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in regulated industries
