Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop detailed specifications for technical teams to ensure solution alignment
- Create and maintain data dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
