Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Power BI to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Document processes using UML diagrams and user stories in Agile environments
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness
- Present insights to C-suite executives using compelling data visualizations
- Optimize workflows through process mapping and gap analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven track record leading stakeholder management initiatives
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
