Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align technical teams with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature roadmaps and prioritize backlogs
- Validate solution effectiveness through KPI tracking and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
