Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data flows using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams
- Create process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence
- Lead discovery workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard performance to ensure solution effectiveness
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements resulting in 15%+ efficiency gains
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
