Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create process flows, data models, and documentation for system enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to executive leadership
- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and requirements documentation tools
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
