Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC
