Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to align on project goals and deliverables
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, requirements documents, and user stories
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industry highly valued
