Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-level fintech initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with financial services focus
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping
- Proven success with JIRA, Confluence, and business intelligence tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS)
