Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Leverage SQL and Power BI to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively
- Document business requirements using UML diagrams and user journey maps
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog items based on business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., CSM, PBA)
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and competing priorities
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirement documentation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
