Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process maps, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT plans, and project deliverables
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to uncover trends and support decision-making
- Champion Agile methodologies and ensure seamless sprint planning and execution
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in tech/IT
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC methodologies
