Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and stakeholder needs to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, KPI dashboards, and performance reports
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead UAT testing cycles and implement process improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
