Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation (BRDs, UML diagrams, flowcharts)
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to uncover actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and present findings to executive leadership
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries preferred
