Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models using SQL and visualization tools like Tableau
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams
- Create detailed financial models and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Document business processes and propose workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Proven experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (preferred)
