Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Develop comprehensive test plans and validate solutions against business requirements
- Translate technical specifications into business-friendly documentation for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Proven ability to document complex requirements with clear user stories and use cases
- Experience mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying optimization opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
