Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for cloud migration and AI integration projects
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements
- Develop process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Manage project artifacts in JIRA and maintain requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement management
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in FinTech or SaaS industries strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
