- Lead requirements validation sessions with technical teams
- Document business processes using BPMN and UML modeling
- Coordinate Agile sprints and track project deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
