Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives and define project scope
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with sprint goals
- Validate solutions against business requirements through testing scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or healthcare sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements gathering
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
