Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for system enhancements
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog in JIRA/Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements elicitation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
