Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Create data visualizations and executive dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document meeting outcomes
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or government sectors
- Expertise in data modeling and process mapping (BPMN)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
