Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Analyze operational data using SQL and visualization tools to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and UML documentation
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and BA best practices
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with process automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) a plus
