What You'll Do: Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, conduct stakeholder interviews across all departments, and deliver data-driven insights that fuel product innovation. Collaborate with agile teams to prioritize features based on market demand and ROI analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform data analysis using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Create comprehensive business documentation and process improvement plans
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on project objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for product strategy
- Track KPIs and deliver performance metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong background in fintech or SaaS products
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
