Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows and data models using BPMN and ER diagrams
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Analyze KPIs and metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate JAD sessions with cross-functional teams
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT
- Produce executive dashboards and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks
