Responsibilities

- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track project success
- Document requirements in clear, concise specifications for technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/software industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
