Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops across finance, operations, and IT departments to define project scope
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models for agile development teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation performance analysis
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize backlogs and align with strategic objectives
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices throughout SDLC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN), data analysis (SQL), and requirement documentation
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
