Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain clear documentation of requirements
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Proven experience documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly valued
