Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data modeling and workflow analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions
- Support system implementation and provide post-launch optimization recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Experience in healthcare or logistics industries preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
