Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops and create detailed process flows and user stories
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test plans
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation performance to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
- Experience with API integration and system architecture fundamentals
