Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities in financial systems
- Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog in Jira
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Proven track record documenting requirements for complex payment systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (process maps, specs, etc.)
