Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Visio and Jira
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS implementations
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PMP
- Proven track record of documenting requirements for complex enterprise systems
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
